BNY is seeking a Vice President, Associate Relationship Manager to join our Office of Regulatory Relations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA Role Summary: The Office of Regulatory Relations manages BNY's strategic relationships with prudential regulators, sets standards and coordination for regulatory interactions, and guides the firm to speak with one voice. As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will provide both tactical support and strategic relationship management within a defined portfolio under the direction of a Senior Relationship Manager. You will collaborate across all three lines of defense and partner closely with senior supervisory regulators at the OCC and FRB to deliver clear, consistent, and connected communications; orchestrate end-to-end regulatory engagements; and provide enterprise feedback that informs our strategy. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Manage and oversee components of the company-wide strategy and approach for regulatory engagement; provide enterprise insight and feedback from regulators to inform priorities. Own or support relationships with prudential regulators for a defined portfolio. Facilitate meetings with regulators, acting as a central coordination and communications point for regulators and BNY employees; host internal preparatory meetings. Implement standards for content quality, messaging consistency, and engagement protocols across regulatory communications and meetings. Coordinate responses for regulatory exams, requests, and meetings; overseeing agendas, materials, and follow-ups and driving on-time delivery and readiness. Lead development of clear, consistent, and connected narratives and guide messaging to align with enterprise themes. Review and quality assure content prior to submission. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. 5+ years of related experience in the securities or financial services industry preferred, particularly in Risk, Compliance, Regulatory Relations, Controls, or related disciplines. Ability to collaborate with and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, build consensus, and independently execute tasks to deliver outcomes. Sound judgment, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously under tight deadlines; exceptional organizational discipline and follow-through. Skilled in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; adept at managing content repositories and collaboration workflows.
