Senior Product Designer

- - Lead the end-to-end design of AI-driven apps and agents, from ideation through production. - Translate complex business processes and AI logic into intuitive, human-centered experiences that empower users and drive operational excellence. - Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to redefine possibilities, while balancing user needs and business goals. - As an AI explorer and product advocate, experiment with emerging AI technologies. - Drive hands-on innovation within the team, through building, testing and iterating AI-first tools and design patterns. - Invent people-first interaction patterns for how to work intuitively and efficiently alongside intelligent agents. - Communicate design intent and the impact of innovations through compelling storytelling and vision presentations. - Mentor and inspire junior designers, fostering a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement. - Advocate for ethical, inclusive, and accessible AI experiences that benefit a diverse global user base. Required Qualifications (RQs) - Bachelor's degree in industrial design, Product Design, HCI, UX, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years of experience in product or service design. Alternatively, equivalent industry experience of 7+ years (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems). - Visionary mindset with an appetite for tackling ambiguity and complex systems. - Hands-on experience in vibe coding and prototyping, with AI-first tools such as Figma Make, Lovable, Claude, etc. Preferred Qualifications (PQs) - Master's degree in one of the above fields and 3+ years of experience. - Strong foundation in user-centered design, interaction design, and systems thinking. - Experience in crafting AI prompts and building agents. - Proficiency in constructing component-based designs in Figma. - Experience designing for enterprises or users working with complex data. - Ability to communicate design decisions with clarity and confidence across teams. - Solid understanding of accessibility standards, and design system scalability - Possibly some experience with animation and motion tools If you're driven by the challenge of making complex systems, feel human, we'd love to meet you.
