Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 3+ years of experience in managing projects directly involved with data and privacy with both internal and external stakeholders in a global setup. Experience in coordinating ML-powered products. Technical depth in software development, data science and machine learning. Able to build dashboards, execute queries, reason over large amounts of data, and speak the language of the engineers, product and compliance teams you work with. Product feedback life cycle: Manage, coordinate and execute end-to-end data life cycle across multiple platforms, ensuring our platforms are meeting the highest standards of privacy, regulations and quality. Coordinate Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, and product stakeholders to align on goals, track deliverables, and communicate status updates effectively. Leverage Data & Insights: Collaborate with analytics teams to define key success metrics, correlate improvements to usage, and influence roadmaps based on data-driven insights. Foster a Growth Mindset: Mentor team members, Manage vendor resources, share best practices, and cultivate a culture where everyone feels empowered to innovate, learn, and grow.
