Roxbury Treatment Center is currently hiring Call Specialists to work on an as needed basis (per diem) in our admissions department. Schedule flexibility is offered.

 

Job Role/Responsibilities:

The Admissions Call Specialist is responsible for coordinating aspects of the admissions process including handling of inquiry calls, processing of referrals for possible admission, knowledge of and communication with referral sources and customers who present for assessment.  Additional responsibilities may include assistance with patient registration, patient observations, scheduling of evaluations, bed board monitoring, belongings searches, and other non-clinical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or any other related Human Services field required.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in the area of substance abuse/psychiatric treatment programs or call center/crisis intervention settings.
