About the Role
Director of Sales - Retail Medical Insurance Key Responsibilities Strategic and Commercial Leadership <ul> <li>Own and execute the sales strategy for Retail Medical Insurance</li> <li>Use data and artificial intelligence insights to identify the right customer profiles and maximize conversion</li> <li>Build structured business planning rhythm including funnel management pipeline forecasting and outcome measurement</li> <li>Set bold revenue goals and ensure consistent improvement in win rates and customer experience</li> </ul> Talent Acquisition and Leadership Development <ul> <li>Recruit and develop world class advisory talent</li> <li>Build a culture that rewards performance learning and high integrity conduct</li> <li>Equip new joiners with a structured onboarding and coaching pathway that accelerates their productivity</li> <li>Identify future leaders and develop a leadership bench that scales with business growth</li> <li>Build standardized processes to ensure predictability consistency and control</li> <li>Use CRM and analytics dashboards to review activity conversion and performance by advisor team and channel</li> <li>Introduce automations that remove manual work and increase time spent with customers</li> </ul> Cross Functional Collaboration <ul> <li>Work with marketing to create targeted lead generation initiatives</li> <li>Partner with technology to improve CRM tools automation and digital journeys</li> <li>Align closely with operations finance compliance and HR to ensure smooth policy issuance renewals and service delivery</li> </ul> Governance and Reporting <ul> <li>Present performance reports based on data insights to senior leadership</li> <li>Uphold ethical advisory standards and comply with all regulations and internal policies</li> </ul> Qualifications and Experience <ul> <li>Ten to fifteen years of strong sales leadership experience in health insurance or advisory led financial services</li> <li>Proven success in building and scaling large sales teams with strong productivity improvement results</li> <li>Experience using CRM automation and analytics platforms to increase efficiency</li> <li>Strong understanding of UAE Retail Medical Insurance and the regulatory landscape</li> <li>Strategic thinker who can build systems and scale</li> <li>Data oriented decision maker</li> <li>Exceptional talent magnet and leadership developer</li> <li>Customer obsessed with strong commercial discipline</li> <li>High integrity and ability to influence at every level</li> </ul> <p><b>Seniority Level</b>: Mid-Senior level</p> <p><b>Employment Type</b>: Full-time</p> <p><b>Job Function</b>: Insurance</p>
