About the Role

MMRealty is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional service and assistance. Your role will involve addressing inquiries about property listings, scheduling viewings, and guiding clients through the buying or renting process. You will also manage customer accounts and resolve any issues efficiently. Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Provide information on property listings, services, and terms related to real estate transactions.
  • Schedule property viewings and manage appointments for clients and agents.
  • Assist clients in completing application forms and other required documentation.
  • Maintain client records and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in real estate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
