About the Role
Job Responsibility <p>Acquisition Strategy &amp; Delivery:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute the annual cards acquisition strategy across sales, digital, and non assisted channels.</li> <li>Drive growth in self service acquisition (online, mobile, STP channels)</li> <li>Own and deliver acquisition KPIs including volume, approval rates, activation, and early spend performance.</li> <li>Ensure acquisition quality remains aligned with risk appetite and compliance standards.</li> <li>Drive acquisition through strategic partnerships (e.g., e commerce platforms, vendors tie ups).</li> <li>Design and execute sales booster programs aimed at achieving monthly acquisition targets while improving productivity across all sourcing channels.</li> <li>Manage partner driven acquisition campaigns and performance.</li> <li>Conduct regular analytics on acquisition results, channel performance, and sales booster impact, translating insights into actionable strategies to enhance overall acquisition productivity.</li> <li>Enhance digital acquisition journeys and onboarding processes to improve customer experience and conversion rates.</li> </ul> <p>Acquisition Management &amp; Analytics:</p> <ul> <li>Track acquisition funnel performance (applications, approvals, activations) and implement improvements.</li> <li>Analyze acquisition trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to recommend enhancements.</li> <li>Ensure ongoing monitoring of acquisition quality (activation, usage, attrition).</li> </ul> <p>Stakeholder Management:</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with Sales, Digital, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Shariah, IT, and Marketing to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.</li> <li>Prepare business cases, MIS reports, and presentations for senior management on acquisition performance.</li> <li>Provide strategic input for quarterly and annual business reviews.</li> </ul> Job Skills &amp; Qualifications <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).</li> <li>4-6 years of banking experience.</li> <li>Experience in digitization, STP processes, and onboarding automation.</li> <li>Strong understanding of acquisition strategies, digital channels, product policies, and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Analytical and data driven mindset with proven problem solving skills.</li> <li>Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Ability to innovate and adapt in a competitive market environment.</li> </ul> What we offer you <ul> <li>Competitive salary package</li> <li>Strong emphasis on work life balance and wellbeing across the bank</li> <li>World class Learning &amp; Development platform and career development</li> <li>Generous annual leave entitlement and Private Healthcare</li> <li>Preferential banking facilities for employees</li> </ul> <p>EIB</p> <p>Emirates Islamic was launched in 2004 to deliver the highest standards of banking services in line with Shari'a principles.</p> <p>As one of the leading Islamic banks in the UAE, Emirates Islamic offers exciting career opportunities for highly motivated professionals and graduates.
