We are seeking a dynamic Sales Leadership & Strategy Manager for the East Coast covering 5 regions and leading 5 Sales Managers. A person who excels in translating high-level business goals into actionable strategies. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong sales background who can drive execution, leverage data for decision-making, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous development.

Job Description

Strategic Execution & Sales Leadership

  • Break down high-level objectives into clear, executable steps for managers and reps.

  • Ensure sales strategies are implemented effectively and drive measurable results.

2. Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Analyze sales performance data to inform strategy and improve outcomes.

  • Implement a structured reporting framework to provide leadership with clear insights.

3. Accountability & Performance Management

  • Set clear expectations for sales managers and reps, ensuring consistent follow-ups.

  • Track performance against KPIs, providing coaching and actionable feedback.

4. Sales Training & Development

  • Work closely with managers and reps to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and territory planning.

  • Conduct structured coaching sessions and field visits to model best practices.

5. Influence & Change Management

  • Drive adoption of new sales strategies by securing buy-in from stakeholders.

  • Lead by example, building momentum with small wins that create long-term success.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, strategic execution, and performance management.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent coaching, training, and team development abilities.

  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change through strong leadership.

  • Experience implementing KPI-driven sales structures and accountability frameworks.

Sales Managers are eligible for uncapped sales bonuses with an average earnings potential of $125,000 - $150,000+ per year.

The starting pay will depend on various factors including but not limited to relevant professional and industry experience, education, and certifications.

Employees must frequently use a computer and mobile device. The employee is frequently required to communicate with other employees and customers. The employee is occasionally required to ascend and descend steps and ladders, bend, and kneel. Frequently operates motor vehicles to perform customer and dealer visits and outreaches. May occasionally use hand tools, power tools, and/or hardscape tools. Frequent exposure to the outdoor elements takes place.
