About the Role

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Supervisor of Sales for our Mobile Accessories Product division, based in Jakarta. In this role, you will lead a dedicated sales team, driving efforts to promote and sell our cutting-edge mobile accessory products in a competitive market. Your strategic approach and leadership skills will be key in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide the sales team focused on mobile accessories, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market penetration and expand the customer base.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Monitor sales performance and metrics, analyze data to inform strategy, and report on outcomes to senior management.
  • Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with at least 2+ year in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferable.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the mobile accessories or related consumer electronics markets.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Passion for technology and a strong understanding of mobile accessories and their market.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environmennt
