About the Role
  • Job Purpose

    This role is responsible for providing financial planning, analysis, and reporting support to enable informed decision making and cost optimization across the organization. As well as, ensuring accurate financial statements, compliance with governance standards, and development of tools and processes that enhance efficiency and transparency in financial operations.

    Key Functional Responsibilities:

    • Prepare, analyse, and report Business Plans, Budgets, Forecasts, and Actuals for assigned areas, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with corporate standards.
    • Execute accounting closing activities, reconcile accounts, and deliver accurate financial statements within established deadlines.
    • Collaborate with cross functional teams to provide financial insights, support decision making, and drive cost efficiency initiatives.
    • Manage and monitor Purchase Requests and Orders process, ensuring adherence to approval matrix, governance policies, and resolving discrepancies promptly.
    • Maintain, and enhance dashboards and automated tools to improve financial reporting, data visualization, and process efficiency.
    • Assist in managing Accounts Payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments, vendor compliance, and issue resolution.
    • Ensure adherence to internal policies, audit requirements, and maintain strong internal controls across financial processes.
    • Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements and present actionable insights to management.

     

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Equivalent degree.
    • Minimum 3 Years of experience in a relevant field.
