We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Reconciliation Manager to lead and manage a global reconciliation team operating across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks.

This role is critical to ensuring financial integrity, operational efficiency, and compliance with international standards. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in reconciliation processes, strong leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and manage a global team responsible for financial reconciliations across multiple entities, currencies, and regulatory environments.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve reconciliation processes and controls to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Compliance, IT) to resolve discrepancies and streamline workflows.
  • Monitor and report on reconciliation KPIs, ensuring transparency and accountability across regions.
  • Stay up-to-date with international financial regulations and ensure team practices align with local compliance requirements.
  •  Drive automation and system enhancements to improve reconciliation efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and performance management for team members across different time zones and cultures.
  • Support audits and regulatory reviews by providing accurate and timely reconciliation documentation.

Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reconciliation, preferably in a multinational or fintech environment.
  • Proven experience managing global teams and working across diverse regulatory landscapes.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial systems, and reconciliation tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage remote teams.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite ) and reconciliation platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in high-growth or technology-driven companies.
  • Familiarity with payment processing, transaction monitoring, or financial services.
  • Multilingual capabilities or experience working in multicultural environments.
