Then this position is for you.</p><p>As a <strong>Business & Application Support Analyst</strong>, you will be responsible for <strong>managing user access</strong> and <strong>supporting business applications and daily activities</strong> in our ecosystem.</p><p>Build side:</p><ul><li>Participate in new business implementations by analysing requirements and testing functionalities</li><li>Identify automation opportunities to streamline business and access-related processes</li><li>Contribute to projects related to business applications and access management</li><li>Assist in the installation, configuration, and setup of business software</li></ul><p>Run side:</p><ul><li>Perform user account management (creation, modification, deactivation) and ensure access rights are aligned with policies</li><li>Monitor IAM logs and coordinate corrective or preventive actions with Business Owners and Technical Owners</li><li>Ensure compliance with security standards and internal procedures</li><li>Monitor and follow up activities performed by the external IT Helpdesk and support local business needs</li><li>Identify technical issues in business applications and contribute to performance improvement</li></ul><p><strong>This is your background</strong></p><p>You have at least <strong>1–2 years of experience</strong> in demanding <strong>IT Support, IAM, or Application Support environments</strong>. You enjoy <strong>solving technical issues, supporting users, and improving application performance</strong>, and you are constantly innovating. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where technology goes hand in hand with collaboration.</p><p><strong>This is your career path.</strong></p><p>You have at least <strong>1–2 years of experience</strong> in demanding <strong>business application, IT service, or access management environments</strong>.
