Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour                           

Shifts available: Day and night shifts available | 12-hour shifts

Job Description

What you’ll do

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills as a Complex Care Assistant while making a genuine difference in our client's life. Working within his family home, you’ll provide high-quality, compassionate care and support that enables him to enjoy a fulfilling daily routine, including community outings, music, Marvel movies, and social activities. We’re seeking an energetic, empathetic professional who builds strong relationships and offers calm, proactive, and attentive care. Key responsibilities include ventilator management, administering medication via NG tube, personal care, manual handling, and seizure management, along with supporting his social engagement. Comprehensive training and ongoing clinical support are provided to help you develop confidently in all aspects of complex care.

Qualifications

What you’ll need

Previous complex care experience isn’t essential, though ventilation experience is an advantage, and you will receive full nurse-led training and ongoing clinical support to develop your skills. We’re looking for an empathetic, enthusiastic care professional who values strong relationships and can provide our client with consistent, reliable support through excellent punctuality and dependability.
