About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic leader to build, manage, and maintain a high-performing business applications team by actively participating in recruitment, hiring, and providing ongoing development, coaching, motivation, and training.
You will organize and oversee the activities of your team to ensure efficient operations within the Applications Operations department, adhering to established procedures and policies.
Recommend policy enhancements and lead the implementation of guidelines across all Applications Operations functions, ensuring compliance with procedural and legislative requirements while delivering quality, cost-effective services.
Collaborate closely with the Applications Manager to develop and maintain robust business applications for Savola Foods Egypt, following standard operating procedures and promoting continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor operational workflows regularly, taking proactive and corrective actions to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
Lead the rollout of business applications within assigned operational units, developing comprehensive plans and budgets aligned with current and future business needs.
