About the Role

About the Team

Fundamentals is one the key verticals within D&A Deep Data Operations which caters to clients engaged in equity research.  The vertical is basically responsible for providing financial information to the clients on companies across the globe. Financial information for the clients would basically mean presenting financial statements as reported by the companies to the clients.


A Content Analyst - Thai uses specific language and / or market knowledge and skills to deliver on customer / business requirements and assist in the resolution of client data issue cases, whilst holding responsibility for sourcing, collecting, curating content from financials documents / instruments / feed sources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Financial Data: Accurately enter, update, and maintain financial data in internal systems, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with company standards.

  • Develop Expertise: Continuously enhance knowledge of financial concepts, market practices, and database tools to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

  • Maintain Data Quality: Follow updated processes and policies while using available tools to monitor, maintain, and improve the quality of financial data.

  • Meet Operational Goals: Achieve set productivity and quality benchmarks through consistent performance and attention to detail.

  • Resolve Data Issues: Proactively identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies, coordinating with internal and external teams to resolve queries efficiently.

  • Support System Enhancements: Give to system improvements by participating in testing activities and providing user feedback on new tools and features.

Qualifications

  • Preferably a graduate of Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Has a basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts, including how they apply in real-world business contexts.

  • Familiar with financial documents that contains balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, and understands their components and purpose.

  • Open to candidates with relevant experience or training in financial data management, even if not from a traditional finance background.

Skills and Competencies

  • High proficiency in the English and Thai language. Daily tasks will be conducted in these languages.

  • MS Excel Proficiency: Able to use Excel functions and tools for data entry, analysis, and reporting.

  • Data Entry Accuracy: Strong typing skills with attention to detail when handling large volumes of data.

  • Communication: Clear and effective written and verbal communication for collaborating across teams and resolving data-related queries.

  • Task Management: Capable of handling multiple responsibilities and meeting targets in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Flexibility: Willing to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts, based on business needs.

  • Adaptability: Quick to learn new tools, processes, and systems; open to change and continuous improvement.

This role is on blended work model, with 3 days working on the office and 2 days working remotely. Standard working hours is Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM.
