SAP ISU Solution Architect - Associate Director -

About the role <p>As a SAP ISU Solution Architect, you will make an impact by developing and overseeing integrated SAP IS-U/CIS solutions across billing, customer service, device management, and exception handling. You will be a valued member of the Utilities team and work collaboratively with project managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. </p> In this role, you will: <ul><li><p>Develop and oversee integrated SAP IS-U/CIS solutions across billing, customer service, device management, and exception handling. </p></li><li><p>Lead the design and execution of Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and solution scope workshops. </p></li><li><p>Apply best practices from the utilities sector, including regulated and deregulated markets. </p></li><li><p>Advise on SAP IS-U modules such as Financial Contract Accounting (FICA), Billing, Device Management/Advanced Metering Infrastructure (DM/AMI), and CRM. </p></li><li><p>Ensure technical integrity and integration across SAP modules and third-party systems. </p></li></ul> Work model <p>Remote with travel for milestones based in the US </p> What you need to have to be considered <ul><li><p>10+ years in SAP solution architecture, with significant time in utilities-focused roles. </p></li><li><p>Deep knowledge of SAP IS-U and S/4HANA Utilities architecture. </p></li><li><p>Experience with integration points across SAP modules and third-party systems. </p></li><li><p>Proven track record in large-scale SAP implementations. </p></li></ul> These will help you stand out <ul><li><p>Experience in regulated and deregulated utility markets. </p></li><li><p>Strong leadership and communication skills. </p></li><li><p>Ability to lead CRPs and solution workshops effectively. </p></li><li><p>Knowledge of advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) and device management. </p></li></ul><p> Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future </p> Salary and Other Compensation <p>This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.</p> Benefits <p>Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: </p><ul><li><p>Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance </p></li><li><p>Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off </p></li><li><p>401(k) plan and contributions </p></li><li><p>Long-term/Short-term Disability </p></li><li><p>Employee Stock Purchase Plan </p></li></ul> Disclaimer <p>The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
