We have an opportunity for a Junior Accounts Clerk to join our Finance Team working part-time in the Sydney office, starting January 2026!

More about the role

  • You will gain valuable experience in this entry-level role within a dynamic and complex industry, whilst being supported by an experienced team.

  • Duties will include a range of accounts administration responsibilities including receipting, reporting, banking, petty cash reconciliation, filing and other tasks.

  • Part-time, three days per week, role based in the Sydney office; regular business hours are 8.30am – 5pm.

  • To be successful, you will be someone who enjoys learning and with an impeccable eye for detail.

  • This role would suit a recent school leaver, university student or someone looking to reskill into finance administration.

  • In terms of culture, the team is collegiate, collaborative, and energetic; flexible work arrangements are in place and part-time availability or short-term contracts can be considered.
