As we continue to shape the future of our procurement strategy, we're now looking to appoint a proactive and influential Sourcing Manager to support our mission of delivering safe, efficient and innovative solutions for our teams and customers.

Managing a wide and impactful spend portfolio—including Transport, Warehousing, Engineering Capital Projects, MHE, Consumables, Utilities and Labour—you’ll play a key role in unlocking value across a regional spend of US$340m (80% in Australia).

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager, Asia Pacific, you will lead end-to-end sourcing and tendering events, review and strengthen supplier contracts and drive competitive negotiations that deliver long-term value.

You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Transport, Finance, HR, IT and Compliance to ensure we engage suppliers who align with Lineage’s standards of safety, efficiency, innovation and service excellence.

This role is your opportunity to shape procurement in a growing region, influence category strategy and champion best-practice processes in an expanding APAC function.

What You’ll Do

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and tender processes across key categories including Warehousing, Engineering (Refrigeration, MHE, Consumables), Utilities and Labour.

• Review and negotiate supplier contracts to enhance service, value and compliance.

• Manage RFx events end-to-end—from supplier identification to bid evaluation and recommendations.

• Collaborate with Legal and business teams to ensure robust commercial and contractual outcomes.

• Track supplier KPIs across safety, cost, service levels and compliance.

• Educate internal stakeholders on procurement processes as we build a mature procurement function in APAC.

• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, policies and regulatory requirements.

• Support category strategy development and assess market trends, innovations and risks.

What You Bring

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field.

• Extensive sourcing/procurement experience—ideally in logistics, warehousing or industrial environments.

• Strong experience running tender processes and contract negotiations.

• Skilled in spend analysis and supplier performance management.

• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Familiarity with systems such as Workday or Workday Strategic Sourcing.

• Experience in sustainability or social procurement frameworks.

• Understanding of compliance requirements in regulated industries.
