Job Description

The Events Assistant will play a key role in the planning, organization, and execution of corporate and client-focused events. This position supports the Events Department by managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, maintaining timelines, and contributing to the overall success of each event. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where every project is unique.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events, meetings, and promotional activities.

  • Support event logistics, including schedules, materials, vendor communication, and venue coordination.

  • Maintain organized records, timelines, and checklists to ensure smooth execution.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align event goals, branding, and client expectations.

  • Prepare and distribute event materials and documentation.

  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure professional delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Monitor event performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
