About the Role
<p><strong>The Position</strong></p> <p>One Model is seeking a seasoned SaaS Program Manager to establish the operational heartbeat of our People Analytics Delivery team. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Customer Success, this role is responsible for the end-to-end program management of our&nbsp; entire Delivery portfolio, including all customer implementations and data projects related to our People Analytics SaaS platform.</p> <p>You will provide the governance, structure, and capacity planning necessary to ensure delivery projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. In addition to internal program oversight, you will personally manage our most complex, strategic, or high-risk implementation projects to ensure customer success and adoption.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing: Program Ownership &amp; Governance</p> <p><strong><br>Program Management &amp; Portfolio Oversight (60%)</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Program Leadership &amp; Strategy:</strong>&nbsp;</li> <ul> <li>Define, standardize, and oversee the execution framework for all Delivery projects within the Delivery organization.</li> <li>Develop and maintain a consolidated program roadmap for all current and upcoming data projects, aligning resources and priorities with internal business goals and targets.</li> <li>Maintain and report to leadership on overall program health, delivery timelines, key risks, executive escalations, and forecast vs. actual utilization.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Capacity Planning &amp; Resource Allocation:</strong>&nbsp;</li> <ul> <li>Lead capacity planning for the Delivery team, projecting staffing needs based on the sales and existing customer pipelines.</li> <li>Proactively work with Delivery leadership to forecast resource needs, balance workloads globally across a team of seven Delivery Leads, seven Delivery Engineers, and one Project Manager, and flag staffing gaps or constraints.</li> <li>Monitor current resource utilization, identify skill gaps, and collaborate with Delivery leadership to plan for future training needs.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Process Improvement &amp; Quality Assurance:</strong>&nbsp;</li> <ul> <li>Drive the creation, maintenance, and enablement of best-in-class project management tools, templates, and processes.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure consistency and quality in project execution.</li> <li>Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery data quality and project success.</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong><br>Executive Project Management (40%)</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Senior Project Management:</strong> Serve as the Project Manager for One Model’s largest, most strategically important, or technically complex data/implementation engagements.</li> <li><strong>Stakeholder Alignment:</strong> Act as the senior escalation point for project-specific risks that require cross-functional resolution (e.g., complex trade-offs between Product, Engineering, and Customer timelines).</li> <li><strong>Mentorship and Coaching:</strong> Provide direct mentorship, guidance, and project governance support to the Project Manager and the seven Delivery Leads, helping them navigate complex client situations and adhere to program standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>What You'll Bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of progressive experience in Program Management or Senior Project Management, ideally within a B2B SaaS or high-growth consulting environment.</li> <li>3+ years experience working within an HR SaaS or related enterprise software environment is highly preferred.&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex, simultaneous projects with cross-functional teams and external client stakeholders.</li> <li>Proven expertise in developing and implementing program governance frameworks, capacity planning models, and executive-level reporting metrics.</li> <li>Deep familiarity with complex data integration lifecycles, technical dependencies, and managing specialized technical teams (like Data Engineers).</li> <li>Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of driving alignment between highly technical teams and executive client sponsors.</li> <li>Comfortable working in a global environment, with working hours varying dependent on projects and customers.</li> <li>High degree of tolerance and effective navigation in unclear situations.</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>Defining Program Success: Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</strong></p> <p>Success in this role will be measured by the operational efficiency and quality of the entire delivery portfolio, specifically through:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Average Time-to-Value (TTV):</strong> Reducing the average duration from project kickoff to final customer sign-off for new data implementations.</li> <li><strong>Project Health Score:</strong> Maintaining a high percentage of active projects in a 'Green' status across the portfolio through proactive risk management.</li> <li><strong>Delivery Capacity Utilization:</strong> Achieving target utilization rates for the Delivery team.</li> <li><strong>Process Adherence:</strong> Ensuring high compliance with new standardized project documentation and intake procedures across the team.</li> <li><strong>Project Success Rate:</strong> Tracking the percentage of projects completed on schedule and within the initially scoped effort.</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>It's Awesome, But Not Required If You Have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>PMP or PgMP certification.</li> <li>Prior experience in People Analytics software implementations.</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>What’s In It For You</strong></p> <p>One Model, founded by industry veterans in HR analytics, boasts a strong competitive advantage with its data-first approach to the People Analytics Platform.
