Job Role / Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the end-to-end HR offboarding and employee lifecycle processes, including handling resignations, full and final settlements, employment confirmations, and contract renewals. Act as the primary contact for employee queries, ensuring timely support and accurate issuance of all HR-related letters. Maintain KPIs, update HR systems and documentation, validate medical reimbursements, review receivables of separated employees, and ensure compliance with statutory payments such as EOBI and SESSI.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Process full and final settlements for separated employees.
- Process employee resignations, including issuing Resignation Acceptance Letters, updating HR systems, coordinating clearances, and ensuring timely settlement of terminal benefits.
- Coordinate with department for employment confirmations and issue the letters for the same.
- Coordinate with department for contract renewals by obtaining approvals and issue extension letters or conclusion letters.
- Ensure to maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) related to resignations, contracts, and confirmations.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies and processes & provide timely support.
- Issue HR-related letters, including service letters, resignation acceptances, confirmations, and contract extensions, and ensure records are updated accurately.
- Validate medical reimbursement claim forms to ensure accuracy of records.
- Review receivables and other pending matters of resigned employees.
- Ensure timely processing of statutory payment including EOBI and SESSI
- Process the degrees for verification for all new joiners.
- Update employee records as received in HR systems with proper documentation.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or Head of Department.
Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:
- at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Administrative Sciences, Psychology/Organizational Psychology/Psychology or equivalent
- at least two years of proven track record in provision of HR services in organizations of good repute
- experience of assisting with HR Processes
- ability to focus on priorities while managing tight deadlines to ensure that goals are timely met
- experience of efficiently carrying out HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding and employee experience
- timely and professionally communicate well-articulated information with people at all levels, both written and verbally
- ability to maintain focus on own professional development and continuous improvement, in consultation with management
- proficiency in the use of computer applications, particularly MS Office and various database and applicant tracking systems
- ability to work effectively in teams as well as independently and maintain optimum relationship with all stakeholders.
