The Role

Are you an organised multitasker with a passion for people, problem-solving and creating a smooth-running environment? We’re looking for an Accommodation & Administration Leading Hand to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service across our site/village operations.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll ensure our guests feel welcomed, our systems run smoothly, and our administration team is supported, trained and empowered to shine.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily accommodation and administrative operations to keep the village running efficiently
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs and guest enquiries through our site booking systems
  • Support housekeeping and admin teams with run sheets, accurate documentation and workflow coordination
  • Maintain impeccable records, including invoices, accounts, HSE documents and compliance files
  • Lead by example—holding team meetings, providing feedback, and supporting training and development
  • Monitor budgets, order office supplies and authorise payments
  • Ensure all administrative processes meet company and client standards
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding and delivery of site-specific HSE training
  • Promote a safe, organised and professional workplace for both staff and residents

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–5 years’ experience in accommodation or administration within hospitality, village operations or service delivery
  • Strong capability with Microsoft Office, booking systems and (ideally) INX, SAP or similar platforms
  • A knack for clear communication, problem-solving and staying composed under pressure
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy
  • Experience supporting or mentoring team members
  • A Diploma or higher in Business, Administration or related studies (preferred)
