Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Account Representative to join our team in Washington, DC. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, inquiries are resolved promptly, and accounts are managed with accuracy and care.
