We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits.</p></div><p><strong>❗️IMPORTANT</strong>: This position is on-site in Valencia, Spain (Carrer de Catarroja, 13, 46940 Manises).</p> <p><strong>❗️We can provide relocation assistance&nbsp;</strong>if you're outside of the city or country.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>✅ <strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>✔️<strong>Key KPI components for the Program Manager Data engineering / BI / Regulations:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Project Completion;</li> <li>Stakeholder Satisfaction;</li> <li>Team Performance;</li> <li>Program Management.</li> </ul> <p>Consequently, the Program Manager responsibilities consist of 4 following parts:</p> <p>✔️<strong>Project Management Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Projects are completed with no delays or reasonable delays are agreed and confirmed in advance with the stakeholders;</li> <li>PMO guidelines are strictly followed:</li> <li>Necessary project documentation is in place and up to date (Project Brief, Weekly detailed project plan, Requirements, etc);</li> <li>All project-related JIRA tasks are in place and up to date - initiatives, epics, bugs</li> <li>Weekly reporting is done;</li> <li>Necessary project ceremonies and communications are conducted: project kick-off, weekly project sync and demos, project sign-off, handover to operations and closure;</li> <li>Escalations, if needed, are done timely and in a proper way;</li> <li>Use recommended tools: slack channel, confluence, JIRA, g-mail.</li> <li>Control project scope, timeline, resources, risks;</li> <li>Control your loading and proactively provide clear and justifiable information on your loading, assignments, plans, and capacity to your manager - ask load more or unload or keep the loading as is;</li> <li>Contribute to the corporate improvement/transformation projects when required (tools, processes, reporting, etc).</li> </ul> <p>In addition, we expect our PMO team members to be proactive in suggesting any type of project/process/organizational improvement they can identify themselves with.</p> <p>✔️<strong>Stakeholder Satisfaction Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Clearly understand who are your stakeholders for every project and have a list of them;</li> <li>Regularly inform the stakeholders through public communication channels (slack, g-mail) about the project progress, project risks, any significant project changes;</li> <li>Facilitate decision making;</li> <li>Manage stakeholder expectations and gather stakeholder feedback.</li> </ul> <p>✔️<strong>Team Management Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Control that the team members execute their project management and stakeholder satisfaction responsibilities well;</li> <li>Manager should know in details and control the capacity, assignments, loading and plans of subordinates and make sure that the team resources are utilized in an optimal way;</li> <li>Provide regular specific feedback to team members and support team members growth;</li> <li>Establish knowledge sharing in the team.</li> </ul> <p>✔️<strong>Program Management Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead dev team resource planning for your stream;</li> <li>Handle scope changes for the stream;</li> <li>Provide reporting for the stream progress;</li> <li>Support Delivery Manager in Quarter Planning;</li> <li>Be first escalation points for the project issues in the stream;</li> <li>Any other ad-hoc tasks/projects may appear on top of the above.</li> </ul> <p><br>✅ <strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Working experience in team management/project management/operational excellence or related to those areas,ideally in the software development/technology/data-related industries;</li> <li>5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within data engineering, business intelligence (BI), regulations or analytics domains;</li> <li>Proven track record managing large-scale data engineering, BI programs or regulation projects involving cross-functional teams, multiple stakeholders, and complex technical deliverables is a plus;</li> <li>Experience coordinating with data engineers, data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver actionable data solutions&nbsp;
