The Client Onboarding Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients and building strong relationships with them. They will also facilitate training and support to ensure clients understand systems and processes.

Overview of the Role
The Client Onboarding Manager ensures a seamless and exceptional onboarding experience for new clients, fostering a strong relationship from the first interaction and setting the foundation for long-term success. The Client Onboarding Manager will be responsible for guiding clients and their respective team members through the initial stages of engagement, ensuring they feel valued, understood, and confident in our services.
Main duties include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years in client services or a related field within the financial services industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using CRM tools and related software
- 500k per incident HMO coverage + Dental & Optical benefits
- 2-week paid Christmas vacation

- Training and equipment will be provided
- Fixed schedule of Monday-Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM
