We’re expanding our team and looking for a proactive and detail-orientated Sales Admin Executive to support our fast-moving Sales department. You’ll work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and an excellent client experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

    • Prepare simple agreements (like quotations and invoices) and support the Sales team with administrative tasks
    • Create jobsheets and coordinate installation bookings with clients
    • Follow up with clients on required documents and payments
    • Update and maintain accurate data in HubSpot CRM
    • Assist Marketing and Operations with documents required for BRD meetings
    • Perform general administrative duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

    • Min 2 years of administrative, coordination, or support experience, fresh grads are welcome to apply as well!
    • Strong willingness to learn and adapt
    • Good communication and follow-up skills
    • Organized, responsible, and attentive to detail
    • Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
    • Bonus: Experience with HubSpot or CRM systems
