About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Recruiter with strong experience within North America oil & gas industry. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of sourcing and hiring for both technical and non-technical roles, managing high-volume recruitment, and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles in the oil & gas sector, including

-Technical positions (engineers, technicians, field specialists, etc.)

-Field and labor roles (mechanics, operators, laborers, etc.)

-White-collar direct-hire roles (sales, accounting, administrative, back-office)

  • Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Utilize job boards, Boolean searches, social media, and networking to identify top talent (Indeed strongly preferred)
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate data within Bullhorn ATS
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers across North America
  • Communicate professionally and effectively in both English and Spanish
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitive hiring activity, and industry developments
  • Track recruitment performance metrics and contribute to process improvements

Work Schedule- Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM CST

  • C1-level English proficiency
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience within North America, specifically in the oil & gas industry
  • Experience sourcing through Indeed and LinkedIn
  • Hands-on experience with Bullhorn ATS (required)
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting (preferred)
  • Experience in agency or high-volume recruitment environments (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the North American oil & gas labor market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
