We answer the challenge of illuminating markets and shaping new futures.</em></p><p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing and headhunting, excellent knowledge of recruitment platforms, and hands-on experience with at least one ATS system. This role offers an exciting opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance.</p><p></p><p><strong>What will you be doing<br></strong></p><ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across various functions. </li><li>Develop and execute sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job boards. </li><li>Perform proactive headhunting and build talent pipelines for niche roles. </li><li>Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds. </li><li>Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS system and ensure compliance with recruitment processes. </li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver within agreed timelines.</li><li>Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Experience<strong>:</strong> 3–6 years in recruitment, preferably in corporate or agency environments. </li><li>Strong expertise in headhunting and sourcing passive candidates. </li><li>Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals. </li><li>Hands-on experience with at least one ATS system (e.g., Workday, Taleo, Zoho Recruit, etc.). </li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Attributes </strong> </p><ul><li>Self-motivated, confident and results driven individual </li><li>Highly organised to manage own workload and efficiently meet targets </li><li>Courteous, friendly, and positive </li></ul><p><strong>What’s in it for you</strong></p><p>Our rapidly growing, award-winning business offers a dynamic environment for talented, entrepreneurial professionals to achieve results and grow their careers.
