SoftBank Robotics America, Inc. is expanding rapidly and we're seeking a Sr. Order Administrator to join us at our Boston location.


The ideal candidate is self-motivated, innovative and eager to lead our evolution of our order administration - the heartbeat of our customer experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment; delivering exceptional and accurate results that feed all aspects of our order fulfillment processes.


The ideal candidate, will be a "robot evangelist" with the ability to articulate the benefits of robots and workforce augmentation and the skills to administer and deliver flawless order administration results.

Requirements

Contract and Order Compliance - review agreements, verify order details and manage workflows to ensure subscriptions, sales orders, and other customer contracts are processed correctly


Reverse Logistics Processes - Facilitate customer returns, contract end, loan/demo completion. Ensure appropriate returns processing in multiple systems.


Shipment and Cloud Activation Oversight - Track and communicate shipment timelines, milestones, and any exceptions or delays to internal or external stakeholders.


System Management - Oversee and update Zuora subscriptions, create and manage SAP sales orders, ensure all systems reflect accurate data and progress tracking


Data Integrity and Audit Compliance - record and store accurate data across multiple systems in an organized and reportable manner for future access and reference.


Internal Documentation Control - update internal process documentation to codify changing business requirements and system needs. Support process updates for new systems and methods.


Qualifications: While no single candidate may embody all the qualifications below, an ideal candidate will possess many of the following skills and abilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to recognize process and knowledge gaps, seek clarity through questions, and document actions for future reference
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail and a mindset of accuracy
  • A professional demeanor with the capability to balance priorities and enforce process compliance while maintaining efficiency
  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical field, equivalent career experience - 5+ years of experience in similar roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication - our team is distributed across multiple time zones, cultures, and countries.
  • Ability to attend occasional evening meetings to support international teams.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a nation-wide financial credit and background check
  • Participation in a random drug testing program may be required

Required skills:

  • Experience with ERP, CRM, Project Management platforms
  • Comfortable with technology, able to learn and adapt to new tools as needed
  • Basic understanding of (J)SOX and GAAP principles
  • Advanced skill with Microsoft Excel, and general experience with Microsoft Office.

Nice to have skills:

  • Specific experience with SAP, Salesforce, Asana, and/or Zuora
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Japanese is a plus.
