About the Role

We are looking for a talented Salesforce & Marketing Cloud Implementer to join a leading integration company and take part in complex, high-visibility projects across Salesforce Core and Marketing Cloud environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement business processes in Salesforce Core, including building Flows, process automations, and advanced configurations.
  • Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder within Marketing Cloud.
  • Work with Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder on a daily basis.
  • Manage and optimize Data Extensions, segmentations, and marketing activity analysis.
  • Gather business requirements, create functional and technical specifications, and deliver end-to-end implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, marketing, analytics, and external stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and continuously improve existing processes.



Requirements

  • ~2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Core.
  • ~2 years of experience working with Marketing Cloud (including Journey Builder & Studios).
  • Proven experience with Flows, automations, and process implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL – significant advantage.
  • Understanding of marketing processes, customer lifecycle, and marketing automation best practices – strong plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and drive solutions across multiple interfaces.
  • Strong analytical thinking and system-level understanding.
