Purpose
We are sourcing an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Administrative Assistant to support all back-office processes related to quoting, renewals, endorsements, policy servicing, documentation, and client communication for Personal Lines accounts. This role requires strong attention to detail, hands-on experience with Personal Lines insurance operations, and familiarity with agency management systems and carrier workflows.
Responsibilities
Process Personal Lines endorsements, cancellations, rewrites, and policy updates.
Assist with Personal Lines quoting and renewals, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Prepare proposals, summaries, and other documentation for Personal Lines clients.
Maintain organized and accurate Personal Lines client records within the agency management system.
Manage client communication, including follow-ups on required documents, renewal updates, and policy questions.
Handle billing inquiries, invoices, payments, and reconciliation of Personal Lines accounts.
Coordinate directly with the agency principal for task updates, reporting, and ongoing support.
Participate in team meetings via Zoom or similar platforms.
Requirements
2–3+ years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance administration or support (Personal Lines experience is required).
Experience using agency management systems such as AMS360, Applied Epic, HawkSoft, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of Personal Lines carriers, underwriting requirements, and policy servicing workflows.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work U.S. business hours and maintain consistent responsiveness.
Access to Zoom or similar platforms for regular check-ins and meetings.
Comfortable working under a long-term engagement (minimum 3-month probation period).
