About the Role

Sales Associate – Walser Automotive Group 

Join a people-first, family-owned automotive group with 29 dealerships across Minnesota, Kansas, and Illinois. As a Sales Associate, you’ll create exceptional customer experiences and enjoy a career that rewards your effort — both professionally and personally. 

Compensation & Schedule: 

  • Base salary + uncapped commission 
  • Average earnings: $75,000 - $120,000 a year 
  • Top performers exceed $150K annually! 
  • Enjoy a 4-day workweek — more balance, more flexibility, more time for you 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Welcome customers and lead them through every step of the buying journey 
  • Take customers on test drives and showcase vehicle features with confidence 
  • Educate on financing options and value-added products 
  • Use our cutting-edge CRM tools to build lasting relationships 
  • Follow up after the sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction 
  • Bring energy, curiosity, and positivity to every interaction 

 

What You’ll Bring
