MSS Security is seeking experienced and adaptable Control Room Operator Relievers to join our team. This is a crucial role supporting 24/7 operations, where you'll be responsible for ensuring safety, security, and smooth coordination across our site in Melbourne CBD.  As a reliever, you'll cover shifts as needed, making flexibility and reliability key to your success. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of Australia’s leading security provider, working alongside a professional team committed to service excellence and operational integrity.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and coordinate alarm responses in real time

  • Operate access control systems and manage site security protocols

  • Deliver consistent, high-level customer service via phone, radio, and electronic systems

  • Log incidents and maintain accurate control room records

  • Liaise with on-site guards, emergency services, and clients as required

  • Provide shift relief coverage across a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
     

Skills & Experience:

  • Full Australian working rights

  • Valid Victorian Security License

  • Certificate II in Security Operations (or higher)

  • Full Driver's License

  • First Aid/CPR certification

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience in Gallagher preferred
