Here, our teammates are united by our mission, and take ownership in creating a healthy workplace environment that promotes strong bodies, clear minds, and a culture of respect and belonging for all.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><p><strong><em>Note to applicants: This role is located in Austin, TX.</em></strong></p> <p><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p> <p>The <strong>Transportation Planner</strong> is responsible for day-to-day management of transportation operations including truck utilization, service level execution, on-time departure, on-time arrival performance, and route guide compliance and management.</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>What You're Good At:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Leverage TMS optimization applications</li> <li>Collaborate with other Nutrabolt functional areas as needed to achieve customer satisfaction (Customer Service, Supply Planning, Distribution Team, etc.)</li> <li>Participate in the development of SOP's, training, KPI metrics, project work, and continuous improvement initiatives</li> <li>Build and maintain collaborative relationships with carriers</li> <li>Manage the entire order to cash workflow including: <ul> <li>Identify any risks to successful delivery</li> <li>Offer solutions or recommendations to all known risks</li> <li>Keep all relevant stakeholders informed with status updates</li> <li>Create and plan loads (i.e. mode selection, multi-stop ordering, etc.)</li> <li>Route tenders to carriers defined by routing guide(s)</li> <li>Ensure coverage for all loads ahead of relevant milestones</li> <li>Request or approve appointment times for all relevant stops</li> <li>Track execution of loads against relevant milestones</li> <li>Review accessorial charge requests for approval or denial</li> <li>Process loads for timely payment to carriers</li> <li>Monitor status (and recommend steps for improvement) of KPIs.</li> <li>Other projects regarding general process improvement</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Contribute:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>1+ years of proven work experience in transportation logistics with TMS (Transportation Management System) experience</li> <li>Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)</li> <li>The ability to work independently</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Logistics (Supply Chain) or Business</li> <li>3+ years of Logistics or Supply Chain shipment planning experience</li> <li>2+ years of previous experience using BluJay Solutions (E2 Open) TMS</li> <li>1+ Experience with Microsoft D365</li> </ul> <p class="x_elementtoproof"><strong><span data-ogsc="black">Why Nutrabolt?</span></strong></p> <p><u><span data-ogsc="black">Wellness Benefits</span></u></p> <p><span data-ogsc="black">Nutrabolt cares about our teammates’ physical, mental, and financial wellness by providing benefits like: competitive health insurance, life insurance, mental wellness programs, 401K matching, and a Lifestyle Spending Account.</span></p> <p><u><span data-ogsc="black">Lifestyle Perks</span></u></p> <p><span data-ogsc="black">We offer unlimited vacation paid time off and volunteer time off.
