About the Role

Description

The Creators Product Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Licensing Manager to support the growth of our talent-led brands. This role focuses on managing licensing processes, strengthening partner relationships, and supporting brand expansion initiatives across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and consumer products.


Compensation: $115,000.00 annually 


Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day licensing activities across a portfolio of talent-led brands.

· Support the development and execution of brand and product licensing strategies.

· Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding new licensing partners.

· Coordinate with talent teams, managers, and external partners to ensure brand consistency.

· Prepare materials for licensing pitches, brand decks, and partner presentations.

· Track deal terms, timelines, deliverables, and renewals to ensure accuracy and compliance.

· Conduct market and category research to identify trends, whitespace, and opportunities for brand growth.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, legal, and operations teams on product launches.

· Assist with negotiation prep and help draft or review term sheets under leadership guidance.

· Monitor licensed product performance and compile royalty reports, sales insights, and KPI summaries.

Requirements

  

The ideal candidate will possess:

· 3–5 years of experience in licensing, brand partnerships, consumer products, talent management, or related fields.

· Working knowledge of brand development, intellectual property, and licensing best practices.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partners, timelines, and projects simultaneously.

· Excellent communication skills and comfort working with talent teams, managers, and external partners.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to review sales data and performance metrics to guide decision-making.

· Familiarity with consumer behavior trends, pop culture, and talent-driven brand ecosystems.

· Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving and process improvement.
