About the Role

Description

The objective of this role is to ensure that both talent and brand partners work effectively to maximize the success of the relationship, evaluated by metrics such as brand growth, sales revenue, and overall satisfaction of the talent and brand partners. 


Compensation: $92,000.00 annually


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, develop, and execute plans for various stages of the partnership including product development, product launch, marketing initiatives, promotional efforts, and on-going support. 
  • Foster strong relationships with eminent decision makers including talent, talent managers/agents, and brand partners to get buy-in and support from stakeholders.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing relationships to maximize the value of each partnership.
  • Know what the goals, objectives, and priorities are for the talent and brand partners, making sure to constantly evaluate whether those expectations are being met.
  • Establish performance targets and develop and execute strategies to meet them. 
  • Organize and facilitate consistent communication between all parties to keep talent and brand partners accountable for their respective duties and deliverables.
  • Create and deploy helpful resources (i.e. social calendars, time-and-action plans, budgets) to assist talent and brand partners in managing their responsibilities.
  • Anticipate and identify potential problems or opportunities, counseling talent and brand partners on the recommended course of action.
  • Identify key talent for inbound and outbound sales efforts
  • Participate in exploratory talent meetings
  • Assist in various research projects, pitch materials and talent led initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 3-5 year of experience in brand development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing brand initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Experience in developing and executing brand strategies across multiple channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Past experience working with Talent is a plus.
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 360, Canva, Salesforce, G Suite, Zoom, and other tools and AI technology.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

This role is typically based in an office environment, requiring the use of a computer, telephone, and other office equipment as necessary to fulfill job duties.  The noise level is typical of an office setting, and interruptions may occur throughout the workday.
