About the Role

TRÁCH NHIỆM CÔNG VIỆC

- Phát triển GVNB/GV kiêm nhiệm ( năng lực và số lượng) nhằm tăng năng lực đào tạo của đội ngũ quản lý

- Xây dựng và quản trị tối ưu môi trường đào tạo bằng các hình thức trực tuyến/ trực tiếp

- Triển khai hoạt động đào tạo đội ngũ Sales theo kế hoạch đào tạo được phê duyệt (chuỗi TH Truemart)

- Quản lý kế hoạch và hoạt động đào tạo nhằm đảm bảo đúng tiến độ và chất lượng của đào tạo

- Quản trị và lưu trữ thông tin tri thức nhằm tạo cơ sở dữ liệu trong việc phân tích và lập kế hoạch đào tạo

- Xây dựng và phát triển văn hóa học tập nhằm tạo mội trường học tập liên tục và chủ động

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Quản trị nhân sự/Giáo dục- Đào tạo/ Thương mại/ Kinh doanh

- Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm đào tạo đội ngũ sales ở các lĩnh vực FMCG/ Retail/ Banking

- Thành thạo trong việc xây dựng tài liệu đào tạo và thường xuyên trực tiếp giảng dạy

- Tiếng Anh Đọc - Viết tài liệu nhân sự cơ bản

- Kỹ năng thuyết trình tốt

- Tin học thành thạo
