Job Description

  • Manage and supervise all tasks of the staff to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered and departmental standards are consistently met.
  • Communicate regularly with the Front Office Manager on all matters related to guest services and hotel operations.
  • Maintain a management presence at all times by assisting with guest needs and handling complaints tactfully and efficiently.
  • Required to make objective decisions and handle complaints or emergencies in a calm, professional, and level-headed manner.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
