REDE Consulting is expanding its ServiceNow practice and looking for skilled IRM/GRC Developers to join our high-performing team. This role involves designing, configuring, and implementing enterprise-grade IRM/GRC solutions on the ServiceNow platform for global clients across regulated industries.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and configure ServiceNow IRM/GRC applications, including Policies, Controls, Risks, Issues, Audits, and Workflows
Implement automation, integrations, and Reporting/Performance Analytics
Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and technical documentation
Work closely with architects and cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions
Optimize and enhance existing GRC implementations for performance and scalability

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

2–6 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules
Strong understanding of Governance, Risk & Compliance frameworks
Experience with UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Workflows, Flow Designer
Knowledge of ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) preferred
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
ServiceNow Certifications (IRM/GRC, CSA, CAD) are a plus
