This is a critical opportunity for a hands-on leader with deep talent branding expertise and a solid ability to drive recruitment efforts in a complex, global hyper-growth environment.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Plan &amp; Execute recruiting for Technical roles across the India region, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.</li> <li>Build and maintain robust internal and external talent branding initiatives, including referral drives, tech talks, webinars, LinkedIn campaigns, and blog posts.</li> <li>Serve as the primary operational partner for business leaders in the region. This involves collaborating closely with local leadership, including directors, senior managers, and key internal partners&nbsp; (HR, Finance, Operations, Compensation, and Benefits teams) to execute effective hiring strategies.</li> <li>Lead and manage a recruitment team of 4 or more direct reports, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and career development.</li> <li>Drive efficiencies that scale, focusing on metrics, process, and technology.
