As an Appointment Setter, you’ll convert high-quality Facebook leads into booked appointments. These are warm leads who have already expressed interest, so you’ll focus on connecting them with the studio’s creative services while building your sales expertise in a structured, results-driven remote environment.
Job Highlights
Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Contract: Independent Contractor
Side Note:
Since this is a permanent work-from-home position under an Independent Contractor arrangement, candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. Professional fees are hourly and dependent on performance during the application process.
Responsibilities
Make outbound phone calls to leads generated through Facebook marketing campaigns
Convert qualified leads into paid appointments using provided scripts and conversation frameworks
Follow established sales processes while maintaining a natural conversation flow
Manage lead follow-up sequences and appointment scheduling coordination
Track and report on conversion metrics, call outcomes, and pipeline progress
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and lead management tools
Collaborate with the team to optimize scripts and improve conversion rates
Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets and KPIs
Requirements
Proven sales experience, preferably in appointment setting roles
Strong communication skills and confident phone presence
Experience with outbound calling and lead conversion processes
Ability to follow scripts while keeping conversations natural and engaging
Comfortable working with CRM systems and lead management platforms
Bonus: Experience in creative industries or studio environments
Bonus: Familiarity with Facebook lead generation and warm lead conversion
