About the Role
This is a remote position.
Schedule:Sunday to Tuesday: 8 am - 5 pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch
Wed - Thu: 11 am- 8 pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch
Pacific time
Responsibilities
- The primary role is to take inbound calls to book cleaning appointments.
- Provide pricing from the website and explain the coverage of the services.
- Send email/SMS quotations based on services to be availed.
- Scheduling appointments/cleaning services that are efficient for both the company and its customers.
- Perform some admin tasks during quiet periods
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills - verbal
- At least 2 years of experience working in the cleaning industry or services
- High attention to detail
- Experience working in customer service - can freely engage with customers without relying on scripts
- Sales background is a plus but not required
