Airport Leading Hand | FIFO | 8:6 | Western Australia (Various Sites)

Sodexo is currently looking for an experienced Airport Leading Hand to join our team at our mine site airport.

This would be a fulltime FIFO position on a 8/6 roster offering an opportunity for a great work life balance.

Who are we looking for?  
You will be responsible for managing the Airport Team in a hands on role from the ground up.
This role will suit a leader who is great at using their initiative and problem solving skills
To be successful, you’ll need: 

• Experience supervising teams in an airport environment

• Previous experience in check in/ guest services or ramp duties

• We are looking for someone that holds a high level of knowledge and understanding of safety in the workplace

• You will possess proven leadership skills, with a focus on providing outstanding service in order to meet the needs of the business

• Australian Citizenship or full Australian working rights 

• Able to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing and police check 

• Full unrestricted drivers licence

• Salary of $100 000+ 10k allowance with consistent hours, holiday, sick pay, and superannuation

• 8/6 Roster 12 hours per day

• Day shift only, no night shift required
