About The Role
The Site Coordinator will assist the Logistics Manager in ensuring the facilities are operating safely and are environmentally sustainable. Performing administrative duties for the site and assisting with ensuring site security and visitor registration. Working closely with ANZ colleagues to ensure local process and procedures are consistent with ANZ standards and strategy.
Ensuring the compliance of all WHS responsibilities by championing safety and sustainability with all parties located on the site.
To gain certification as an MPI approved deputy transitional facility operator
As the Site Coordinator, you will be part of the operations team and communicating closely with local management and ANZ leaders. Your valuable insights will play a pivotal role in improving performance and safety at our Electrolux Auckland site and ensure alignment nationally.
In addition, you will have administrative operational responsibilities. This will include but not limited to collation of material and act as presentation lead for monthly internal updates, maintaining records, transaction accuracy and liaison with customer services, warehouse team and POM.
What You’ll Do
Your typical day will be varied but will include:
Solving problems to improve and ensure safe environment site activities
To set safety audit schedules in conjunction with the Health and Safety committee and ensure the audits and inspections are carried out and documented and report on such.
To maintain Health and Safety records for training, and certification
To code supplier invoices as assigned
Arrange contractors to repair, maintain or inspect site-building issues and equipment
Writing and maintaining procedures and training for the site for safety and sustainability
Other aspects that you will be involved in periodically will include:
Administrative duties, including ordering office consumables, catering requirements, and organization of site functions.
Monthly reporting and gathering data on WHS and sustainability. Prepare agenda, and record minutes for WHS Committee
Review supplier service agreements, vendor management on MDG portal, and raise purchase requisitions when required
Data entry support
After hours flexibility will be needed from time as relates to site security or urgent maintenance issues.

Who You Are
Hands-on experience in logistics, operations, or warehouse/facility administration. You know how to keep things running smoothly.
Strong experience and knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety. You don’t just follow the rules, you champion them.
Top-notch organisational and communication skills. You keep things on track and everyone in the loop.
A collaborative mindset, you work seamlessly across teams and levels to get the job done
Working towards a Certificate 4 in Workplace Health & Safety
Continuous improvement mindset – always looking to making things a little bit better
Analytical - with an eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex data, you can also translate this into meaningful, practical information that informs strategic decision making.
