身為數位生產力軟體PM，發揮數位工具的最大價值、賦能內部員工應用、整合數位工具並提昇生產力，是你持續的追求。在設計賦能計劃與實現工具落地、產生價值的過程中，我們期待您有以下的能力或經驗：

1.擅長從訪談中找出可以數位化或優化的部份
2.有數位工具、平台、資訊系統的導入經驗(PM角色)
3.習慣使用數位工具管理需求與專案、資源和人力安排
4.擅長與使用者對話，從日常流程找出數位化場景
5.熱愛研究、試用新工具，並常常將它們套用在可能的工作場景想像中

學歷要求：碩士
科系要求：資訊工程相關 │ 資訊管理相關 │ 其他商業及管理相關
相關經驗：3年以上

1. 具3年以上系統導入、IT PM、產品管理或相關經驗
2. Microsoft 365、Power Platform、SharePoint、Teams 等工具導入經驗者佳
