Northwest Eye Surgeons is seeking a passionate, skilled, and motivated Glaucoma Specialist to join our dynamic team in Seattle. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice at the forefront of ophthalmology in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

With 6 locations and 4 state-of-the-art surgery centers in the Puget Sound area, plus 10 additional locations across Washington, Idaho, and Alaska, we combine accessibility with the latest technology and resources to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.

Your Role

  • Provide surgical and medical care for patients with glaucoma and cataracts  
  • Collaborate closely with optometrists and our co-management team  
  • Utilize your expertise to enhance both medical and surgical eye care programs  
  • Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in a high-volume, collaborative setting

Requirements

  

What We’re Looking For

  • Fellowship training in glaucoma 
  • Board certification or eligibility 
  • Unrestricted Washington medical license and DEA certificate 
  • Expertise in glaucoma and cataract surgery with a commitment to continuous self-improvement 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Passion for multidisciplinary collaboration and compassionate patient care

 

Education & Certification

  • Board-Certified MD or DO 
  • DEA Certification
