Resource Coordinator

We are currently seeking a full-time Resource Coordinator for our West Jordan, UT Location.

The Resource Coordinator is a key member of our Implementation team, coordinating with Field Engineers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure a successful implementation.  

Duties include:

• Review orders for accuracy and create service estimates
• Work directly with subcontractors, including negotiating subcontractor contracts, creating contract documents, reviewing subcontractor self-audits, maintaining records, and approving subcontractor invoices for payment
• Manage travel and expenses for Field Engineers
• Compile Project documentation (including SOWs, design proposals, etc.) for each project
• Maintain regional resource calendars and schedule onsite work
• Facilitate communication between subcontractors, Field Engineers, and the Implementation department
• Facilitate weekly update meetings with Regional Managers and Field Engineers

Requirements

• Strong computer skills, SAP By Design experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Previous coordination experience preferred (1-2 years)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
• Strong desire to learn 

Compensation:
