Senior Business Planner

As a Senior Business Planner in the New Commerce & Commercial Strategy organization, you will lead Commerce Strategy Workflow Intelligence and Business Excellence enhancements and implementation, taking responsibility for defining and evolving the strategy, scoping and driving key initiatives, gaining executive and stakeholder alignment, and translating the strategy into tangible business outcomes that accelerate impact and increase productivity. How you will make an impact: Identify and address opportunities across key Commerce strategy workflows and rhythms of business to reduce time to impact and accelerate outcomes through exploring, scoping and delivering intelligent automation solutions (including AI Agents). Identify and address opportunities to leverage business intelligence solutions like Fabric/Power BI and other internal assets, to enhance end to end commerce strategy workflow effectiveness, speed up and improve decision making, and increase transparency and accountability across key initiatives. Build business cases on specific topics to influence internal investment decisions, intelligent automation and agentic solution roadmaps, and commerce strategy workflow design. Conduct internal and external research to gain new perspectives to cultivate and validate business cases. Drive cross-functional alignment and gain buy-in to solidify a business vision, aligning priorities and translating the strategy into requirements. Define the approach to bring a strategy to life through roadmap and change management planning and developing content that synthesizes details into an effective story that can be used across the organization. Embody our Culture and Values 5+ years product management, strategy consulting, finance, customer success engineering, business/corporate development, or related experience Experience as a storyteller with Fabric/PowerBI Front End, Azure Dev Ops,Designing and Building AI Agents or related experience OR equivalent experience. 8+ years product management, strategy consulting, finance, business/corporate development, or related experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science, Economics, Business, or related field OR 6+ years product management, strategy consulting, finance, business/corporate development, or related experience AND Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), or related field OR equivalent experience. Strategic thinking and ability to learn, understand and connect complex business models quickly. Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving with the ability to utilize data. A proven track record of engaging with cross-functional stakeholders to gain credibility and partnership quickly. Demonstrated ability to successfully work and collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Product Managers, and other deeply technical disciplines.
