About the Role
Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation of Product Supply Agreements and contractual terms. Evaluate supplier capabilities, capacity, and technologies to ensure continuity of supply and cost competitiveness. Drive alternate sourcing strategies to improve quality, reliability, and sustainability. Collaborate with engineering, finance, and legal teams to align sourcing decisions with product and business goals. Develop and maintain documentation including technical specifications, sourcing plans, and risk mitigation strategies. Support resiliency initiatives by qualifying alternate sources and mitigating high-risk components. Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 3+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles OR Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 4+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 6+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles OR Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 8+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles OR equivalent experience.
