Job Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and support a team of IT technicians and support staff.
    • Coordinate and oversee daily IT operations, ensuring high availability of systems.
    • Manage and improve POS systems, order management platforms, reservation tools, and digital payment solutions specific to the restaurant business.
    • Act as the liaison between IT and restaurant operations to ensure smooth technology integration.
    • Identify process improvement opportunities and lead implementation.
    • Oversee IT support requests and ensure timely resolutions.
    • Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
    • Assist in the rollout of new software or hardware across multiple restaurant locations if needed.
    • Ensure network security, data integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations.
    • Provide on-site support in Wilrijk, with possible visits to other branches if applicable. Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in an IT leadership or senior support role.
    • Background in IT within the hospitality or restaurant industry is highly preferred.
    • Strong understanding of restaurant tech: POS systems (e.g., Lightspeed, Oracle Micros), kitchen displays, payment terminals, reservation systems, etc.
    • Hands-on knowledge of networking, hardware, Windows/Mac systems, and cloud services.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage a small team and multiple priorities efficiently.
    • Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
    • Based in or willing to commute to Wilrijk five times per week. What We Offer

    Additional Information
